Additional Benefits Available to Supporting Organizations

• If your organization’s discount code is used by 5 or more registrants, you'll receive an additional full conference registration for a member of your staff at no charge ($345 value)
• Further benefits may be available for Supporting Organizations that exceed their marketing requirements

Supporting Organization Commitments

To earn Supporting Organization status, your organization is required to
    (a) Send an HTML email to your constituency
    (b) Add a Phase II banner, description and link on the front page of your website or newsletters
    (c) Complete one of the following optional methods described below.

Description of Required Methods (Required to complete all of the following)

• HTML email to your constituency.
  • Email must be sent to at least 2000 of your organization’s contacts
  • Email content is provided by ACORE
  • Newsletters do not fulfill this requirement
  • Email address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Must be sent by November 2010
  • Please submit to ACORE open/click-through rates a week afterward, if available
• Banner, description and link to acorephaseii.com on your website or newsletter
  
  • If in newsletters, must be included in at least 1 newsletters and sent by November 2010
  • If on website, must be on website by October 2010

Description of Optional Methods (select one or more of the following)

• Full newsletter article about Phase II
  • Article would be either written by your organization staff or provided by ACORE
  • Would include link to acorephaseii.com
  • No less than 100 words
  • Must be sent by November 2010
• Inclusion in printed or online calendar
  • Would include link to acorephaseii.com and short description of event
  • Must be included by November 2010
• Inclusion of Phase II materials in physical mailings
  • ACORE will mail brochures to your organization or to your constituents via a Third Party mailing house (Third Party Mailing House User Agreement Available)
  • No less than 200 brochures distributed
  • Must be dropped to recipients by October 2010
• Share Phase II materials at an event
  • ACORE will mail brochures to your organization
  • No less than 200 brochures distributed in bags or stacked prominently on a tabletop
  • Event must take place by mid-November 2010
• Other (please describe)
